Prior to joining ProviderLAW, I had severe collection problems with PI and W/C cases. ProviderLAW's program made my PI and W/C collections virtually 100% trouble free, once implemented. This included 3rd party cases without attorney representation (sorry, but true). The program helped some with my previous collection problems, but not as well as after it was implemented, since I was not using their forms at the time. What I liked about what ProviderLAW did, is that it would base all documents on actual law or trial cases, therefore the insurance carriers had very little room to continue denial without providing specifics. [Note: ProviderLAW has a policy of not releasing subscriber names.]

$2,400 Success! We've been a subscriber of ProviderLAW for less than a month and already the subscription has helped us save $2,400! A carrier was requesting two refunds. In the course of preparing a response letter, ProviderLAW helped us to uncover information which made it clear that the CARRIER HAD NO RIGHT TO ANY REFUND whatsoever. A quick call to the carrier was all it took. Thanks ProviderLAW!!!

...I thank God for the information you have provided which helps me MAKE these carriers pay what they owe me.

BIG WIN FOR US! An auto liability adjuster told me she would not pay us directly. She said (on recording), “I have been in the business for 14 years and have never paid a doctor's office directly.” I sent her a copy of our assignment, a copy of the ProviderLAW “anticipatory breach” demand letter, and copies of the court cases referenced in the letter. Recently, she paid us directly on two of the three accounts. I suspect the 3rd is coming soon. THANKS PROVIDERLAW!!!!!

$4,000 Success! We recently had a success involving an ERISA plan. The plan failed to tell us about a $750 dollar cap on care at the time of verification. When we sent our bills to the plan, it denied all services past this cap. We contacted the plan and expressed our opinion that the carrier had misrepresented itself at the time of verification, and further that the cap was discriminatory in violation of state law. Several weeks later, an attorney for the plan contacted us and notified us that the plan would cover our services! We received payment-in-full ($4,000+) yesterday! ...

$7,000 Success! We sent a demand letter to an insurance company which had failed to tell us about an important limitation in the plan, and then later refused to pay us. The letter quoted the law on insurance misrepresentation. Yesterday, we received a check for $7,000, payment in full! The information from ProviderLAW has helped us to collect on many other accounts that we thought were uncollectible! ...

$23,500 Success! I just wanted to let you know that I was successful in collecting an additional $23,500.00 on three surgery cases that involved a 3rd party liability. This success came in just under two months. Your Assignment of Proceeds/Contractual Lien/Authorization form is a powerful tool and when used correctly can indeed increase revenue to one's practice....

$55,000 Success! My office manager and I calculate that ProviderLAW saved us $55,000 in 2002. Over the last two months alone, we've collected $25,000 using ProviderLAW tools. If you use the system, it works. If you aren't a subscriber with ProviderLAW, you should be....

ProviderLAW is the best investment I've ever made. No other company stays on top of things the way ProviderLAW does....

As a subscriber with ProviderLAW for over a year now, we have become so proficient in collecting on personal injury cases, that we now do a large business of these cases. This allows us to tap into an insurance field of a 100% reimbursement rate ... unheard of in this day.... None of this would be possible without ProviderLAW. They have always been right there with the up-to-date information needed in this ever-changing business. You cannot afford not to be a subscriber....

Knowledge is power. The information received on a regular basis not only has decreased our accounts receivables, but has given myself and my entire staff power and confidence in dealing with adjusters, peer review doctors, TWCC, etc. Every doctor should be a subscriber with ProviderLAW! ....

Thanks for your demand letters on Work Comp. Today, we have been paid completely on a case from back in 1998. Keep up the good work & thanks for all your help....

$5,000 Success! We recently requested representation from the network attorneys in a case where an attorney was representing 7 of our patients. We had tried for quite some time, without success, to get a status on these cases. We were at the end of our rope. Finally, we requested representation from the network attorneys who sent letters of representation. Within 1 week, our attorney, Mr. Stouwie, received two checks totaling over $5,000! Also, we were immediately informed regarding the status of the other cases. Thank you ProviderLAW and Mr. Stouwie, you are heaven sent....

The ProviderLAW web site is AWESOME and we use it all the time. ProviderLAW has saved us a lot of time and money....

$3,000 Success! We just had a $3000 success in workers' comp! An adjuster had preauthorized the care, and then later refused to pay for the care based on a review. I thought the law said they couldn't do this! Anyhow, when I got the review, there was no date on it. It also appeared that the person who did this review didn't have any of our documentation! I sent a demand letter to the adjuster with a copy of one of your complaint forms demanding payment in 10 days. We got our check for $3000 in 9 days....

$600 Success! Thanks so much for your new workers comp provider complaint form. Early last week we sent it to all listed on the form. Today I was getting ready to get an attorney intervention on this case and lo and behold there was a check in the mail for over $600.00! This was what we were disputing. We had sent in demand letters which were ignored, but the complaint form sure produced the right results! Thanks again for ProviderLAW....

I have been a subscriber with ProviderLAW since its inception. I believe that the recent news about the Texas Mutual lawsuit is the most exciting news I have heard regarding payment issues over the past 20 years. I hope every provider realizes the tremendous impact this may have. Everyone has been frustrated for years about poor professional reviews and how they are utilized to reduce appropriate care for so many of our patients that benefit from our care. This legal format may be the single most significant aid in developing proper platforms for the claims review process. I hope this opportunity is not missed due to obscurity or lack of commitment. The future of our patient care indeed may be on its brightest horizon for many years....

$3,200 Success! I had a workers' comp case where the peer reviewer denied care based on medical necessity even though he had never requested or received our medical documentation. I sent a demand letter to the adjuster and 8 days later received a copy of a second review by the same doctor, this time saying that all of the care was necessary. I received payment in full ($3,200) two weeks later! Thank you ProviderLAW!!! ...

$2,000 Success! We had a third-party liability case (no attorney involved) where the liability carrier attempted to reduce two of our accounts by $2,000 or 35% based on usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR). After sending a demand letter to the adjuster, a check was issued to the patient with our name on the check for the FULL amount of our bills! Payment was received only 3 weeks after sending the demand letter....

ProviderLAW is a wonderful organization that is run by Keith Pendleton, Attorney-at-Law, out of Pennsylvania. He has been able to successfully address many of the reimbursement issues facing the daily practice. I have been with his program for around 9 months and it has helped to increase my collections centered around such common practice issues as personal injury, group health insurance collections and is looking positive on the workers compensation issues. I would like to add that I am not in any way connected with the business aspect of ProviderLAW, and I receive no compensation what so ever from Mr. Pendleton or his organization. It is just a good organization to connect with. The support from Mr. Pendleton and his organization has been outstanding and shows concern for the daily issues that concern the average chiropractor.
