Description of Benefit
One-on-One Conferencing With ProviderLAW
As a ProviderPRO or ProviderPRO "Lite" subscriber, you can schedule telephone conferences with ProviderLAW to discuss reimbursement, coding, and compliance issues facing your practice. Requests can be submitted by phone, email, or fax. Upon receiving your request, ProviderLAW will contact you by phone to schedule a mutually-beneficial time (afternoons, Eastern Time) to discuss the request further. Subscribers are entitled to 2 calls per month at 15 minutes per call. Thereafter, ProviderLAW charges for phone consultation at its normal hourly rate. This benefit does not carry over to the next month.
Group Teleconferences / Regional Training Sessions
If you sign up for ProviderPRO "Lite" as part of, or under, a group agreement, you may be entitled to have ProviderPRO speak at various group teleconferences and regional training sessions hosted by the group. Make sure to consult with the group as to date and time of these events, as well as the scope of topics on which ProviderPRO will be presenting.
Access to Designated Live Web Conferences Organized by ProviderLAW.
As an additional benefit, ProviderPRO subscribers receive access to designated live web conferences organized by ProviderLAW during the subscription year. These conferences are currently Free to subscribers, however ProviderLAW reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this policy from time to time, and also to limit or restrict access to the conferences, based on out-of-pocket costs actually incurred and relevancy factors. This benefit may be available in a limited fashion to ProviderPRO "Lite" subscribers who sign up as part of, or under, a group agreement. Contact your group for more details.
Access to the ProviderPRO Center (Provider Professionals Center)
The ProviderPRO Center grows on a daily basis. New information, new resources, new tools and research, are added continuously with one sole focus – helping you get paid and stay compliant. The ProviderPRO Center currently contains:
  • A "What's New" section designed to give you answers and solutions to important questions related to coding, compliance and reimbursement,
  • Demand letters responding to reimbursement issues based on state and federal law,
  • Key practice forms... and sample clauses which should be included in your forms,
  • Audit checklists for assessing whether your documentation complies with law,
  • Key legal authorities and resources,
  • Briefs and advisories on current reimbursement / compliance issues.

Access to ProviderLAW Customer Service
As a ProviderPRO subscriber, you not only have access to the ProviderPRO Center (see below), you also have access to ProviderLAW customer service. With such access, you can:
  • Request the development of new tools and information on just about any reimbursement or compliance issue (ProviderLAW reserves the right to prioritize research requests as it sees fit in its sole discretion),
  • Call ProviderLAW to receive telephone assistance in using the web site,
  • Discuss the research, information, tools, and resources available to you in the Center, and
  • Help you locate a particular item.

FREE Technical Support for – Users of the ProviderPRO Center
ProviderPRO subscribers who have technical questions regarding the use of the ProviderPRO Center can call ProviderLAW's technical support number anytime during the regular business hours for assistance. Technical support does not include navigation questions or questions regarding the scope or location of online content. This benefit is not available to ProviderPRO "Lite" subscribers.
